In this interactive session, Dr. Kirpekar and Dr. Patel will explore the musculoskeletal causes of pelvic pain in both male and female patients through a series of clinical vignettes. Using real-world cases, we will highlight key diagnostic challenges, the role of the pelvic floor and surrounding musculature, and evidence-based treatment approaches. The discussion will emphasize practical strategies for differentiating musculoskeletal pain from other pelvic pain syndromes, incorporating physical therapy, trigger point injections, and multimodal pain management techniques. Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of how to apply these insights to their clinical practice for improved patient outcomes.
