Her expertise spans advanced statistical methods, survey design, and data storytelling using tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Python, and Excel. Prior to her role at WebMD, she held analytics leadership positions at the Harris County Department of Education, where she managed large-scale evaluation projects and research initiatives across public health and education sectors. Dr. Ren holds a PhD in Social Work and a Master’s in Sociology from the University of Houston, with a research focus on health equity, child welfare policy, and quantitative methods.
