Dr. Alankar Gupta, MD, MS, MBA, is Vice President and Head of Medical Affairs, Epidemiology, Safety Sciences, and Clinical Pharmacology at Kenvue. With over 20 years of experience across pharma, consumer health, and digital medicine, he has previously held leadership roles at Schering-Plough, Merck, Novartis, Sanofi, and Click Therapeutics. A physician-scientist by training, Dr. Gupta began his research career in pediatric and neonatal gastroenterology at The Ohio State University. He holds advanced degrees from the University of Rajasthan (India), the University of Texas, The Ohio State University, and Harvard University.
