Dr. Aletha Loeb, Pharm.D., is originally from Lawrence, Kansas. She received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Studies and Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Kansas. After completion of her Pharm.D., she went on to complete PGY1 and PGY2 ambulatory care residencies at UC Davis Health. Dr. Loeb is passionate about research. She has been a member of the Vizient Research Committee since July 2021. She completed the ASHP Research Certificate in 2023 and acted as Pharmacy Research Oversight Council (PROC) Co-Chair from June 2023 to June 2024. She is currently an ambulatory care clinical pharmacist at UC Davis Health. She works within specialty pharmacy in several immunology clinics including dermatology, rheumatology, and allergy. Her current research interests are outcomes-based research, health equity, trauma-informed care, expansion of pharmacy services, pain management, substance use disorder management, and immunology.
