CJ Squires, Pharm.D., AAHIVP, is a primary care pharmacist at the UC Davis Health Internal Medicine Clinic. He completed his Ambulatory Care/HIV Pharmacy Residency at UC Davis Medical Center in 2023 after earning his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Washington in 2022. Dr. Squires currently holds certification as an HIV Pharmacist (AAHIVP) and is committed to providing person-centered care through empathetic listening, individualized goal-setting, and addressing social determinants of health. His clinical interests include chronic disease state management (diabetes, hypertension), HIV care, LGBTQIA+ health, and closing health disparity gaps.
