Clinical Research Nurse
Shepherd Center
Atlanta, Georgia
With over 11 years of experience at Shepherd Center, I have developed a diverse skill set in multiple health professional roles. Beginning my career at the Shepherd Center Pain Institute as a medical assistant, I transitioned into the nursing profession and have served as a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for almost 8 years. At the Pain Institute, I honed my expertise in managing and supporting patients through complex pain management programs, providing exceptional care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. I have recently expanded my scope of practice by joining the clinical research team at Shepherd Center. For the past year, I have been actively involved in clinical research, bringing an evidence-based approach to care and contributing to advancing medical knowledge in the field of rehabilitation. Throughout my career, I have maintained a deep commitment to professional development and patient advocacy. With a strong foundation in both clinical care and research, I continue to contribute to the Shepherd Center's mission to provide world-class care to individuals with neurological injuries and disorders.
