Jeremy B. Donegan is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with extensive experience in anesthesia practice and healthcare management. Since becoming a CRNA in 2009, he has shown a commitment to exceptional care. Currently, he is dual enrolled in the Doctor of Nurse Anesthesia Practice (DNAP) and Acute Surgical Pain Management Fellowship (ASPMF) programs at Middle Tennessee School of Anesthesia (MTSA), expected to graduate in December 2025. He earned a Master of Management in Healthcare (MMHC) from Vanderbilt University in 2021 and a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from MTSA in 2008.
At Vanderbilt Wilson County Hospital (VWCH) since 2019, Jeremy has played key roles, including serving as the OB Lead CRNA. He is now focused on developing an Acute Pain Service and implementing an Anesthesia Perioperative Evaluation Clinic. His contributions include leading the first CRNA Regional Block Team and enhancing patient outcomes. He was recognized as an Advanced Practice Clinical Leader in 2023. Additionally, Jeremy leads quality improvement initiatives, such as the Bariatric ERAS project for postoperative nausea and opioid-free anesthesia. He actively advocates for CRNA practice in Tennessee through the Tennessee Association of Nurse Anesthetists (TANA), engaging with state representatives to highlight the value of CRNAs.
