Dr. Thomas Baribeault is full-time faculty at AdventHealth University as well as part-time faculty at Murray State University and the University of Alabama-Birmingham. His leadership experience spans various leadership roles including the founder and president of the Society of Opioid Free Anesthesia (SOFA), the board of directors of the Society of Nurse Anesthesiologists and Researchers (SONAR), Editor for the Journal of Nurse Anesthesia Education, and Chief CRNA. He is also actively involved in professional service, including state and national organizations and the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation. Dr. Baribeault's expertise is further highlighted by his extensive list of peer-reviewed publications and his contributions to numerous podcasts and editorials.
